The Pam Dudley Center started Tiered Support in 2012. We attend quarterly workshops at the Rolla Regional Office and meet at our office on months that we do not meet in Rolla. The Tiered support program has been beneficial to our agency, as it has assisted us with meaningful activities, empathy and building teamwork within our agency. We have received recognition at the annual conference for many years and recently received the Top notch agency recognition award.

Our agency is committed to Tools of Choice training. Each staff member must be Tools trained within the first 90 days of being hired. Our agency goal is to have every Pam Dudley Center staff member attend the tools training at least twice. Tools of Choice has improved the quality of life for all individuals served, as well as staff. The Pam Dudley Center is a much more positive place since adopting the Tools of Choice training!
