Lisa advocates faithfully for those receiving supports through The Pam Dudley Center. Her caring and compassionate attitude is identified and appreciated by those around her. When asked about working at The Pam Dudley Center, Lisa said “I enjoy working with the participants at the center because I feel like I can actually impact someone’s life in a positive way. Working in the field gives a person a real sense of self-fulfillment. The participants that we work with impact my life in a positive way also. I can start to work in a bad mood but as soon as I get in the door and one of the participants greet me with a smile and often a hug, that’s all it takes to change my outlook for the day.”
Michelle Harris is the Assistant Director of the Pam Dudley Center. She says “When I came to work here in 2008 I was ready for a new adventure, after working in the food service field. It has truly been a blessing. I have the upmost respect for the individuals we serve and the goals they set for themselves. Seeing them achieve their goals has challenged me to believe in my own ability to set goals and achieve them.”
Michelle serves in many roles at The Pam Dudley Center. She has a strong drive and desire to see people receive quality services with respect, dignity and choice. To inquire about services through the center please call (573) 438-2864 and ask for Michelle Harris.
